The royalties are being leaked into the foreign companies.  

The royalties which were paid to the foreign enterprises are increasing remarkably as the domestic companies have been using the foreign patent rights and the trademarks.  Because of these increasing royalties, the service deficits amounting to more than 15 billion dollars are expected in this royalty field during the first half of the year.   Korean Bank announced that the royalties which were paid to the foreign companies during the first half of the year increased to 24. 7040 billion dollars as compared with the same period of last.   K
