The Trial related to the Intellectual Property Rights infringement which happens in foreign countries can be processed in a domestic Court.

it was announced that it is possible to lodge a petition and to judge whether the patent rights are infringed or not, even when the infringement of the patent rights happen in  foreign countries.  Until now, our court judged that the international jurisdiction is given to the court of justice where "the infringement case occurred" when foreign companies infringe upon the patent rights of our domestic companies in foreign regions, and so our court did not pay any attention to this situation.
