The fee schedule of KIPO(Korean Intellectual Property Office)(a payment rule based on the patent fee schedule)
- The application fee of a patent(basic fee : 38,00 won) + the examination fee(basic fee : 109,000 + the number of the claims * 32,000)
- The application fee of a utility model(basic fee : 17,000)+ the examination fee(basic fee : 55,000 + the number of the claims * 14,000)

Registration
A patent registration(an annual fee)
- When registration of a patent or a utility model is determined, an annual fee of one year-three years must be paid
 

* If an applicant is an individual or a small company, the official fee is reduced by 70%.
If an applicant is made by a small- or medium sized company, the official fee is reduced by 50%
