The fee schedule of KIPO(Korean Intellectual Property Office)(a payment rule based on the patent fee schedule)
- The application fee : 56,000 won(per one class)
- A final service fee of a patent attorney(in case of publication)
It is the same as the fee of an attorney fee paid when filing an application.

215,560 won((local tax is included.)
 

*If an applicant is an individual or a small company, the official fee is reduced by 70%.
If an applicant is a small- or medium sized company, the official fee is reduced by 50%
