In the case of an application which is urgent among the patent applications for which a request for examination is filed, the examination for the concerned application is executed earlier than other applications. t takes 1 year to complete all the procedures ranging from a patent application to a patent registration. But, when a priority examination is executed since an application meets the conditions of a priority examination, if there are no special reasons of refusal, it takes 3 months-8 months to obtain the patent right.
